This can only be accomplished because of our commitment to support only machines that we are authorized to sell, service and get original factory parts for. This ensures the highest quality service by true factory trained technicians who know how to service your machine properly. It is because of this commitment to excellent service that Digital Imaging will stand behind the products we sell , we pledge that you will have the finest service available anywhere for your Savin and Oce products. We can also service all of your Ricoh Family Group products (Ricoh, Lanier and Gestetner).
We always carry a substantial inventory of maintenance and repair parts so it is very rare that you will have to wait on a part to get you up and running. If you are down for more than 24 hours, Digital Imaging will provide you with a loaner copier or printer at no additional charge.
You will ALWAYS talk to a LOCAL person when you call Digital Imaging during regular business hours. No recorded
message, voice mail or off shore outsourcing in order to get a service technician to your place of business. Additionally, you can fax or email service calls, our goal is to provide you with all of the convenience that you need to run your business.
